Julie Vincent is a Mindset + Wellness Coach on a mission to help women find transformative wellness by embodying their most joyful life. Through intentional mindset and mindfulness work, guided deep dives, and nutrition and wellness support, Julie guides women to amplify their wellness through integrating small rituals and mindset shifts into their days. With this new way to see and move through life, women feel more present, grounded, and able to access daily joy — no matter what comes their way.
After years of climbing the corporate ladder and experiencing burnout and overwhelm in her own marketing career, Julie discovered the power of yoga for stress relief. She became a dedicated practitioner and took the next step to become a yoga teacher (RYT 200) in 2014. Teacher training had such a profound effect on her life – fueling her passion for nutrition, movement and self-care – that she decided to take a chance and dive deep into the wellness world.
Julie successfully transitioned to a corporate wellness role in 2014 and built a global consulting firm’s wellness program from the ground up. With a strong desire to share this passion more directly, she studied to become a certified health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and started her own business in 2018.
Since then, Julie has grown her practice to offer 1:1 coaching, mentorship through classes and small groups, and she is a featured thought leader in publications and events, empowering the audience with knowledge, inspiration and joy. Julie resides in Fairfield County, CT with her husband and two children — where she is active in the community, supporting school wellness and youth sports.
