





Winter Mindful Book Club - Worthy
Worthy was such an incredible book for the club that I decided to run it again for those who missed it! launching Jan 12th, 2025:

And many of us spend our entire lives focused only on things that build our self-confidence, not realizing they do nothing to build our self-worth, which is a huge reason that when we finally do get that thing, and the next thing, we’re still left feeling unfulfilled.”
this book is transformative mindset work. I can’t wait to share it with you all and support your personal growth!
the mindful book club is way more than just reading a book together! here’s how it works:
we'll read (or listen to) the chosen book - i'll break it into pieces so it's not too much!
you'll receive a weekly email with suggested chapters, thoughtful questions to help you digest the info + mindful reading tips
i'll give you practices to focus on to turn the words into action
i'll facilitate an online community for frequent discussion, group coaching + accountability
in-person connection! we will meet at the beginning, middle and end to discuss and reflect on the book, activities and more. A scheduling doodle will be sent out to the final group prior to kick-off to determine the final meet-ups and timing.
kick-off Zoom (evening of Jan 12th)
midway meet-up: coffee talk (week 3)
end-of-book discussion (after week 6)
the winter session runs for ~6 weeks.
*Meet-up dates are tentative until the session begins. I will check on availability before I confirm.
